1. Commit to a weekly class!
Attending class as part of your weekly schedule promotes consistency and a good active routine.
2. Get Involved!
Kids love it when Mum, Dad and Grandparents join in the fun! PMPAs Mini Movers and Kindy Gym classes are perfect for this.
3. Challenge you child!
Fun props and equipment help challenge your child’s co-ordination and motor-skills. All of PMPAs Junior classes use balls, hoops, scarves and/or dolls to assist with this.
4. Be a good role model!
Attending class yourself promotes a good active lifestyle as well as responsibility and discipline. Dance class assist children with many life skills such as following instructions, lining up, socialising, musicality, co-ordination and motor skills
